Emulsion КE 10-01 (SE 10-01)* – water emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane liquid of various concentrations. Product for protective and anti-adhesion treatment of metals, glass, rubber, plastic. Before use, blend it with water 1:10.
APPLICATIONS
- The release agent KE 10-01 is used to obtain the release coating on molds in the molding of rubber, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyurethane, fiberglass on epoxy or polyester resins, the producing of plastics and rubbers.
- The emulsion is also used for a protective and release coatings on the surface of glass, metal, plastics, rubber substrates.
- The release agent KE 10-01 forms on the treated surface a cross-linked polymer layer – ultrathin, durable, flexible membrane, operable due to +200 ° C.
- In tires and rubber production as the release composition that improves product detachment from the surface of the molds;
- In the production of rubber and plastics;
- In the manufacture of parts and mechanisms by casting;
- For covering tables in paint shops – simplifies and accelerates the cleaning, eliminates the need for solvents;
- For the treatment of glass containers – as antiadhesive agent;
- At the car workshop – reduces the effort in installation and dismantling of tires, prevents “sticking” the tire to the rim disk; protects the tire carcass from harmful deformations;
