Liquid floor – polymer coatings that are applied on the surface by the “filling” method. The basis for floors are epoxy and polyurethane resins, which are the most common materials used in the creation of such flooring.
Liquid floor is a multi-component material, consisting of the base epoxy material (slurry of pigments and filler in the epoxy resin) and a hardener.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The prepared composition is used within 60 minutes at temperatures up to + 20°С. At a higher temperature the prepared mixture viability decreases. The coatings’s drying time is 24 hours at a temperature of +20°C and a relative humidity of up to 60%. The temperature of the ambient air, the surface and the applied material should be between +5°C and +35°C, relative humidity max. 80%. Operation is permitted:
• after 3 hours – pedestrian traffic.
• after 7 days – full mechanical load.
CONSUMPTION for 1 mm thickness – 1,5 kg/m2. The material’s uniform application is possible with a minimum consumption of 2,8 kg/m2. A layer up to 5 mm thick can be applied at a time.
